At least two families still live in this old, uplifted fortress-style village in an area called Idaougnidif Tizergan. I’ve heard the families run a bed and breakfast; I had no time to experience it but this beautiful area is located about 105KM southeast off of route S509 from Morocco’s well-known tourist beach area called Agadir. This is the road my friend Mostafa and I rode on to reach his small, beautiful village of Tafraoute.
